DIMAC Systems has released the new design of its digital modular aerial camera DiMAC. The entire structure is now made of carbon fibre, which offers a lighter and stronger frame to the camera. Moreover, thanks to this new component, DIMAC Systems has increased the temperature-proofing of the camera in order to maintain the equipment at an efficient operational temperature, especially at high altitude.

DIMAC Systems has also improved its electronic rack with the use of internal flash disks, the update of the management software and the switch to a portable control panel.

The modular design of the DiMAC camera fits both photogrammetric and orthophoto projects allowing combining 1, 2, 3 or 4 camera modules together (RGB and IRC) and producing 1, 2, 3 or 4 individual images simultaneously. Therefore it provides the user with one amongst the best colour imagery and image's sharpness respectively due to its 'TRUE COLOR' (direct RGB acquisition) and its 'TRUE FMC' systems, operating directly on the CCD matrix sensor for higher accuracy.

Its very reasonable price makes this system affordable for any survey company.
